Meet Carli

Hi! I'm Carli, the owner (and usually the one making your coffee) behind Carli's Coffee Company.

Carli's Coffee Co. started with a dream of creating more than just great coffee. I wanted to build a place where people could slow down, catch up with friends, support local, and feel welcomed from the moment they walked up to the trailer.

That dream became reality thanks to my husband, who transformed an old horse trailer into the coffee trailer you see today. From the welding and framing to the plumbing, custom carpentry, and countless late nights, he poured his heart into every detail. What started as an empty trailer became something we're incredibly proud to share with our community.

Our journey wouldn't be complete without our biggest little supporter — our son, Reiter. At just two years old, he's already a huge part of Carli's Coffee Co. Whether he's "helping" around the trailer, waving to customers, or reminding us why we started this adventure in the first place, he's at the heart of everything we do. Building this business has always been about creating something special for our family while serving the community we love.

At Carli's Coffee Company, every drink is handcrafted with care using quality ingredients and a whole lot of heart. From classic espresso drinks to seasonal lattes, matcha, lemonades, teas, hot chocolate, and fresh baked treats, everything is made with the hope that it brightens your day.

You'll find us traveling throughout Carroll County at farmers markets, breweries, community events, private parties, and local pop-ups. One of my favorite parts of this journey has been meeting so many wonderful people and becoming part of the communities we serve.

When you stop by our little trailer, you're supporting more than a small business — you're supporting a family, a dream built from the ground up, and a whole lot of hard work and love.
